Dear interested individuals

My name is Alisah Tamar Grünberg.

I am working as Fachfrau Betreuung and have made years of experiences working with children, during my training, babysitting, my family and of course my work. After successfully finishing my training, I am depening my knowledge on topics all around inclusion for disabled children, work experience and preparing for my studies to become a Kindheitspädagogin HF.

Here, I would like to make some of my values and principles visible:

• I work with children from 3 months up to kindergarden and include all children, like those with physiological, psychologial and sensoric disabilites like ASD, ADHD and Trisomie 21

• I look at children as a whole and work with the core values of the humanistic view of the person. The wellbeing of my clients is my most important goal

• I appreciate working together with the social circle of the children and see it as an essential part of my work

• It is important to me, to support children in becoming independant in their day to day life and in developing a positive image of themselves

• I do not reward or punish children with food or other pressure tactics

• I value the positive aspects of playful learning and try to make it possible as much as I can

• While working, I use PORTA sign language to make communication easier for children with disabilites, that speak a foreign language at home or can profit from it because of different reasons from supported communication

• I use visual aids like an hourglass and other material I bring myself to make complex changes etc. visually understandable for children
